Regular House Cleaning
$150.00 – $400.00
• Dust all furniture in the room (table, chairs, cabinets, etc.)
• Dust light fixtures
• Remove any spiderwebs
• Sweep or vacuum& mop floors
• Pickup & dust any knick knacks, dust shelves & replace
• Dust all wallhangings
• Wipe down any hand rails
• Shake out or vacuum rugs (whichever is appropriate)
• Pickup toys & etc. (within reason)
In addition to the above, in kitchens the following will be done:
• Spot clean kitchen cabinets, wall behind cabinets & stove
• Clean countertops, sink & faucet
• Clean inside& outside of microwave, wipe down all other appliances
In addition to the above, in bathrooms the following will be done:
• Spot clean bathroom cabinets
• Remove trash
• Clean mirror(s)
• Clean toilet inside & out
• Clean sink(s), faucet(s) & counter
• Clean/scrub tub/shower
- Have a prioritize list available. Our crew will start at the top of the list and work our way down until the time is up.
- Valid for continuous hours on same visit only
- Please mention any special requests when scheduling your cleaning
- Cleaners will not go higher than a step ladder
- Offer is for residential service only
